全国4か所で開催される、GOOD GOODS ISSEY MIYAKE 「PACKAGE」の期間限定イベントの会場構成。お菓子の「パッケージ」を開けるように、自分の手で切り取って使い始めるシリーズ「PACKAGE」。わくわくしながら自由な使い方を楽しめるアイテムとなっている。
展示では、新たに加わった 6 色のラインナップを色ごとに分けて見せる構成とした。それぞれの商品につながりを感じられるよう円弧状のテーブルを用いて陳列し、テーブルの脚を極太の紙管にすることで連続性を強めた。色鮮やかな商品の背景となる白いテーブルの天板は、各プロダクトのアウトラインに沿って削り取られ、一つ一つのプロダクトが美しく収められている。各会場のスペースに合わせ、テーブルを円形や S 字型に組み合わせて展開される。
個々のアイテムと連続性を共存させつつ、プロダクトを手に取る楽しみや遊び心あるディスプレイを試みた。

Event venue design for the limited-time event of GOOD GOODS ISSEY MIYAKE "PACKAGE", to be held in 4 locations nationwide. PACKAGE is the accessories series which users tear along the dotted line like snack “packages" before they start using the items. The series offers fun options for choosing an original way to use the items.
In the exhibition space, we segmented the lineups into newly-added 6 colors. The arc-shaped tables display products giving a sense of connection between each of them. The extra thick paper tubes as the table legs emphasize the continuity. The tabletop is white to contrast the brightly colored products. The top neatly and beautifully displays each product, which are placed in areas carved out to follow their outline. Tables are arranged in a circular or S-shape to suit the space of each venue.
While juxtaposing the presence of each item with their series continuity, we tried to design a playful display that is fun to hold in one's hands.
