ピスタチオの魅力を伝えるピスタチオスイーツの専門店「PISTA&TOKYO」一号店のための内装計画。敷地となるJR東京駅一番街の「東京ギフトパレット」には、ギフトやテイクアウトを中心に店舗が多数立ち並ぶ。彩り豊かな、人通りの多いエリアに、上質なブランドイメージが際立つ店舗が求められた。
小さな店内は、様々な素材を全て同じカラートーンに調整した。天井や壁面のプリントクロスは彩度の低い緑、カウンターの突板やリノリウム、床は濃い緑とし、それに対して背面の壁は、ピスタチオを想起させる色鮮やかな緑とした。
カウンター上のペンダントライトは、ピスタチオの形から着想を得て特注で製作。パンチングメタルから溢れる光が、華やかな印象を添える。
鮮やかな緑と芳醇な味わいの “ナッツ界の女王”と呼ばれるピスタチオを使用した、贅沢な時間を引き立てるスイーツが織りなすブランドの世界観が明確に伝わるような店舗を目指した。

The interior plan for the first store of PISTA&TOKYO in Tokyo Station specializing in selling pistachio sweets, which brings out the appeal of pistachios. The store site is in Tokyo Gift Palette, First Avenue Tokyo Station, where there are many shops and stores featuring gifts and takeout foods. The shop needs to be eye catchy enough to enhance the elegant brand image in the colorful and bustling sales area.
In the small store, all of the various materials are in a unified color tone: The ceiling and printed cloth on the wall are a low saturated green color; the linoleum, the wood veneer of the counter, and the floor are a deep green; and for contrast, the wall on the back is bright green, reminiscent of pistachios.
The custom-made pendant lights above the counter were developed with inspiration from the shape of pistachios. The lights leaking from the perforated metal add a stunning impression.
The brand features sweets made with pistachios, “the queen of nuts”, with a bright green color and rich taste. We aimed to create a shop to enhance the brand view created by the iconic sweets highlighting luxuriousness.
